Our high quality Accommodation is second to none in the industry. All provisions are fully equipped with modern features such as wifi, televisions, and essential house hold appliances including the highest safety measure.
We work together with Local Authorities and many health care Supporting agencies in order to provide a holistic service to fulfil the desired outcomes of the individuals care plan.
We work closely with our services users to develop and build confidence to suit individual skill sets. We aim to build positive bonds, relationships and help the transition as they make their way towards independent living.
All our staff are highly trained individuals with a variety of expertise that are relevant to tackle the issues faced by our service users. We can provide support at a time you choose, from 1 hour to 24 hours a day.
All our carers are selected, trained and assessed to the highest standards. We have a number of specialist staff and are able to provide in-house training to meet particular needs if required. We even match our carers to our clients, taking personality, interests and hobbies into account.
Unlike many other care providers, we deliver our services at a time that is convenient for you. Whether you require just one hour a week or a full-time live-in carer, our flexible staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We are not a franchise and our team operates from one central hub Grays. All our training takes place here and our staff are regularly appraised to ensure they feel valued and motivated in order to continue providing the best quality care.
